Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with making reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
- Participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about airline policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Experience in customer service or travel reservations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
