Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, assisting clients with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records of reservations and changes in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about the latest airline policies, promotions, and services to provide customers with up-to-date information.
- Engage with customers proactively, addressing their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the airline industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or airline industry, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurately handling reservations.
