You will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to digital marketing services, SEO solutions, and account management, ensuring that they receive outstanding service tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about digital marketing and SEO services effectively.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, service issues, and technical support, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide clients with relevant information and updates regarding their services.
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and service enhancements to better assist customers.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Experience in customer service, especially in digital marketing or related fields, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
