This role is essential for providing support to our clients who are seeking to enhance their online presence through effective digital marketing strategies. As part of our vibrant team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, concerns, and solutions related to SEO and digital marketing services, ensuring they receive high-quality support tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and maximizing the effectiveness of their digital marketing strategies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide optimal solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and company offerings to deliver informed support to clients.
  • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and contribute to their success in digital marketing.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in digital marketing and customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and convey information clearly.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining customer records accurately.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn about SEO practices will be beneficial.
