This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and have a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services, addressing their needs effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to understand services and answer customer questions thoroughly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by actively listening and responding to their feedback and needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO solutions.
