This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for digital marketing and are committed to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to digital marketing strategies, SEO solutions, and service offerings.
- Provide support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring customers understand how to leverage digital marketing tools effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, working towards timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and solutions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and explain digital marketing concepts and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn.
