As a Customer Support Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding users through their experiences with VR and AR products, ensuring they receive top-notch support. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via various channels (email, chat, phone) for VR and AR products.
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting technical issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Educate users about product features, functionalities, and overall best practices in using VR and AR technologies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service and product quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in VR and AR to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and user training materials.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in or knowledge of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively and provide clear guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
