Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer support across various channels (email, chat, phone) for VR and AR products.
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Educate users about the features, functionalities, and best practices of VR and AR technologies.
  • Document and analyze customer interactions to contribute to ongoing product improvement.
  • Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in VR and AR to enhance the quality of support provided.
  • Help create and refine support documentation and training materials based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide clear, user-friendly guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and embrace technological advancements.
