Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with airline reservations, flight changes, and travel inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the reservations system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated on flight schedules, services, and policies to provide customers with accurate information and options.
- Utilize strong communication skills to elucidate travel policies and procedures to customers clearly.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge within the airline industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and supporting customers effectively.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- A genuine interest in travel and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
