Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via various channels (email, chat, phone) for VR and AR products.
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting technical issues and offering clear, effective solutions.
  • Educate users about the features, functionalities, and best practices of VR and AR technologies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in VR and AR fields to enhance customer support.
  • Help create and refine support documentation and training materials for customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide clear guidance to users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid technological changes.
