Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to announce a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support (CS) representative in our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department, based in Athens. In this role, you will be the vital link between our Dutch-speaking clients and our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their inquiries, and ensuring they receive the best possible support in utilizing our business software and CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients in relation to our business software and CRM solutions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Guide clients through the features of our software and ensure they maximize their use of the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve our service delivery.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about our products and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within a software or CRM environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology and helping clients succeed.
