Responsibilities- Connect with German-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the integration and effective use of our software solutions.
- Offer continuous training and support to improve client understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to business software and CRM.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or the software industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Motivated to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological innovations.
