Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive consultation to Italian-speaking clients regarding the selection and use of our business software and CRM solutions.
- Support clients during the implementation phase to ensure seamless integration into their operations.
- Deliver training sessions and materials to foster better understanding and usage of the software.
- Gather client feedback to enhance services and software features.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry best practices to provide informed insights to clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; English fluency is a plus.
- Experience in business software, CRM solutions, or a related consulting role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
