Responsibilities- Engage with Italian-speaking clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and integration process, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services.
- Conduct training sessions and create supportive documentation to enhance client understanding and use of our products.
- Collect feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in service delivery and product features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in consulting, customer support, or related roles within SaaS or cloud computing is preferred.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and the SaaS market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on client needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions.
