Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support (CS) representative in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, located in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing comprehensive support and solutions for our SaaS and cloud computing products.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that every client has a seamless experience with our services. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers succeed, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and support for software-related issues.
- Document client interactions and maintain an organized record of customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Educate clients on product features, enhancements, and updates.
- Gather client feedback to help inform product development and improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or cloud computing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving software solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
