As a German Speaking Consultant, you will assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event bookings, ensuring they have a seamless experience while attending various events. Your commitment to providing first-rate support will be crucial in helping clients navigate our services and resolve any challenges they may face.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
- No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or event management is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A genuine interest in the events and entertainment industry.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service tools.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
