Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German for online pharmacy and telemedicine inquiries
- Assist customers with their medication orders, consultations, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Educate customers about pharmacy services and telemedicine options
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex inquiries
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and company services
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with healthcare-related inquiries
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and remote environment
- Knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy regulations is a plus
