Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German for online marketplace inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, accounts, and the platform
- Guide users through the website and explain features and functionalities
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is an advantage
- Proficient with customer support tools and software
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
