Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking users through various communication channels.
- Address inquiries related to online courses, technical issues, and user account management.
- Assist users in navigating the online learning platform and ensure their satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product features and educational trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or the EdTech/online learning industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
