Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese, assisting users with questions regarding online learning platforms and educational resources.
- Help customers with technical issues and account inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest updates in online learning trends and EdTech products to deliver accurate information to clients.
- Engage customers proactively, seeking to understand their needs and providing tailored support.
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or EdTech sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills that allow for effective interaction with diverse users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
