Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, assisting clients with inquiries related to online retail products and services.
- Manage customer queries regarding order placement, payment processing, shipping, and returns effectively.
- Document customer interactions meticulously, ensuring that records are maintained accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with shipping and fulfillment teams to resolve order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to convey accurate information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries to ensure their needs are met and they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers professionally.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A passion for online retail and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
