Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch, addressing inquiries regarding online orders, returns, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately.
- Engage proactively with customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the online retail sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or retail settings, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for maintaining accurate customer information.
- A genuine interest in online retail and a passion for helping customers succeed.
