Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in French, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and returns.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and product management, to ensure smooth order processing.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide customers with relevant and timely information.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to enhance their shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the online retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
