Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and develop follow-up actions as required.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and platform features to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Engage with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely responses.
- Participate in training sessions to continue developing product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online shopping or e-commerce, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with diverse customers.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce and a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
