Key Responsibilities- Offer high-quality customer support in Nordic languages, addressing inquiries related to online shopping platforms.
- Assist customers with order processing, payment issues, and product inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference.
- Collaborate with various departments to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and platform features to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within e-commerce or online shopping environments, is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
