Responsibilities- Offer high-quality customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and solid proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued.
