Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to online shopping and product availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure accuracy in order processing and delivery timelines.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and updates to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively and offer personalized shopping recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in an online retail or e-commerce setting, is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A passion for online shopping and a willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company.
