Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese, addressing inquiries about health and wellness products with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and inquiries to ensure quality support and continuous improvement.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of products, providing guidance that enhances their understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and health trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the health, wellness, or retail sectors, is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Able to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in maintaining customer records and handling inquiries.
- A passion for health and wellness, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
