Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, responding to inquiries regarding grocery delivery services and orders.
- Assist customers with issues related to order placements, delivery scheduling, and product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and internal departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with promotions, product availability, and service updates to inform customers effectively.
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty to the grocery delivery service.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve your customer service skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, particularly in the food and grocery delivery sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking customer interactions and feedback.
- A willingness to learn about grocery delivery trends and customer service best practices.
