Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support in Italian, assisting customers with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to address delivery-related inquiries and improve service standards.
- Stay informed about product offerings, seasonal promotions, and delivery policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure a seamless delivery experience and foster loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or food delivery services, is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create meaningful connections with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for customer service and an interest in grocery delivery and food services.
