Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in Italian, answering inquiries related to grocery delivery services, order tracking, and product availability.
- Assist customers with issues regarding their orders, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately, maintaining helpful records for future reference.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to address and resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Stay informed about promotions, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers to offer personalized support and build strong relationships.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the grocery or e-commerce sector, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
