Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in German, managing inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
- Assist customers with order placement, changes, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM systems.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to manage customer expectations and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Stay informed about product availability, promotions, and delivery policies to provide accurate information.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance service skills and product knowledge related to grocery delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or grocery sector, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers professionally.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for food and grocery services, along with a desire to help customers find the best solutions.
