Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their grocery orders, delivery status, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in the company's database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any operational issues.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the grocery or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
