In this crucial role, you will provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to grocery orders, deliveries, and service options. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Document interaction details accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or retail services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
