Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in Hotel Reservations and Hospitality. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, reservations, and all aspects of their hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, assisting clients with hotel reservations and inquiries effectively.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and changes while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and special requests in the system.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team and other departments to resolve customer issues and meet their needs.
- Stay informed on hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously refine service skills and hospitality knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or hotel reservation sectors, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate booking records.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences.
