As a representative, you will assist French-speaking clients with their hotel reservations, inquiries, and any service-related issues, ensuring a memorable guest experience. With your strong communication skills and dedication to customer service, you will help create lasting impressions for guests, making their travel experience as seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in French, handling inquiries related to hotel reservations and hospitality services.
- Assist clients in making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and addressing any inquiries regarding policies and amenities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed about hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to better assist customers with their travel plans.
- Engage in continuous training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive customer relationships.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
