Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide excellent support to Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations, inquiries, and service-related issues. Your strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a memorable experience for our guests. If you are fluent in Polish and passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to have you on our team
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and services.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Offer clear and friendly assistance regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on hospitality trends, promotions, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or hotel environments.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
