Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational resources.
- Assist customers with technical issues, course information, and account management to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest educational trends, course offerings, and platform updates to provide current and relevant information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the education or technology sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in online learning and educational technology will be beneficial.
