Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms, courses, and EdTech resources.
- Assist customers with account issues, course registration, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest updates in online learning tools and educational content to better assist customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, providing guidance and encouragement to enhance their learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to continually improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the education sector or EdTech, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers effectively.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining customer records.
- A passion for education and a desire to help others succeed in their learning journeys.
