This role will allow you to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming education through technology. As a representative, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to online learning platforms, course offerings, and technical support, ensuring they have a seamless and enriching educational experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in German, handling inquiries related to online courses, subscriptions, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and course management, to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed about new course offerings, educational tools, and platform updates to provide accurate information to clients.
- Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, enhancing their overall experience.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service skills and deepen your understanding of the EdTech space.
Requirements
- Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the education or EdTech sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their educational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- A passion for education and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
