In this role, you will provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers navigating the world of online education and technology solutions. Your expertise in customer service and understanding of educational platforms will help ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist users with inquiries related to courses, account setup, technical issues, and payment inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
- Stay informed about new educational products and features to offer clients the best possible solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or tech industries, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
