Responsibilities- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of our services within client organizations.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to facilitate effective product usage.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our offerings and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and cloud computing developments.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and enhance retention.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in a consulting, customer support, or a related role within the SaaS or cloud computing sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
