This role is essential for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their leasing and financing inquiries and providing them with the support they need to navigate their options in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to car leasing and financing options.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Educate customers about various leasing and financing products and services offered.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or financial services is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in the automotive leasing and financing industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
