In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients in need of assistance with real estate services. You will be instrumental in providing high-quality support and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding real estate services, property management, and leasing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Guide clients through processes and educate them about available services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Interest in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus.
