Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding ride-sharing services.
- Assist customers with app functionalities, ride bookings, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay informed about app updates, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the ride-sharing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
