We are currently searching for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Ride-Sharing App Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and transportation, and who are eager to assist Portuguese-speaking customers in resolving their inquiries and enhancing their ride-sharing experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients using the ride-sharing app through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to app features, ride bookings, payment issues, and account management.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure timely follow-up on pending support requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features of the ride-sharing app to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and product development.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or transportation-related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Effective problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
