Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to ride-sharing operations, app functionality, and account management.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a positive user experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with various internal departments to communicate user concerns and improve service.
- Stay informed about updates, promotions, and industry trends related to ride-sharing services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the transportation or mobile app industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
