We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Ride-Sharing App Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service and enjoy helping French-speaking users navigate and optimize their ride-sharing experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users regarding the ride-sharing app through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, ride requests, fare calculations, and app functionality.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve app-related issues and improve user experience.
- Educate customers on new features, promotions, and safety practices related to the ride-sharing service.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve app functionality and customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in mobile apps or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
