Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to real estate services, property management, and tenant support.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on policies and procedures relevant to real estate management to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Experience in customer support, especially within the real estate or property management sector.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and competent in standard office software.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
