Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding real estate management inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about properties, leasing agreements, and property management services.
- Effectively resolve client complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Document client interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to client needs.
- Stay informed about market trends and real estate services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
